Diners choose from an array of raw ingredients to dip into simmering bouillon. It is a great dinner for interaction, sharing and socialising.
Imagine you sitting around a steaming wok: your eyes will be treated to a vista of the freshest food; and your taste buds will be rapt with the variety of tastes and textures.
The meat is only lightly cooked. Ingredients include meat, seafood and vegetables, and different dipping sauces.
